| Yea! After reading that article I was not happy with C/D. Its not that they panned the GT-R, that's their perogative if not their job. But it was the way the article was written. I thought it was just plain bad journalism. They started off with excuses for the comparisons and including an M3 in that comparo. Then C/D took a "tushie" standard--what's comfortable to the writer's rumpus rotundo--to evaluate performance cars. Yes, my 540i is quieter than my (heavily modified) Z, but that does not mean the 540i outperformed. Lastly, C/D agreed that the GT-R, a performance car, out-performed the M3 in every stat but still decided the M3 should win. I think the magazine redeemed itself in this month's shootout with a more balance application of comparing similar cars and using common standards for evaluating.
